    What to expect at your appointment

    1. Bring a valid photo ID for all participants.

    2. Our collector will verify identities and complete the required paperwork.

    3. A quick cheek swab will be collected from each participant.

    4. Samples are shipped to the laboratory for analysis.

    5. Results are typically available within a few business days after the lab receives the samples.

    The collection process usually takes 10–15 minutes.
